Founder and Entrepreneur as Country Manager Netherlands Competencies and Responsibilites:

  • Responsibility for all operations within the country (e.g. revenue and quality targets)
  • Leading the Country sales Team, develop and Monitor the personal Revenue objectives of the team
  • Scaling ATOSS to the number one Provider of Workforce Management Solutions in the NL market
  • Drive our local sales Team and build up strong Networks and long-term relationships with potential new and existing Clients

Founder and Entrepreneur as Country Manager NetherlandsRequirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working experience in a challenging Environment (e.g. Startup, consultancy or sales)
  • Strong Network within the Netherlands and ability to work very self-reliant and in a sales driven Environment
  • Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, native Dutch and fluent in English
