To strengthen the customer support team is Roamler Tech immediately looking for a Community & Support Assistant. Are you available for 24 to 40 hours a week, flexible, friendly, proactive and do you have good problem solving skills? We are looking for you!

Roamler is a mobile marketplace, operating in the so-called “Gig Economy”. Roamler connects people to work that fits their profile. It has created communities of people in 14 countries in Europe and Latin America. Every day, hundreds of results are collected about the availability of products in stores, the prices of products and the visibility of promotional material. We deliver insights and executing retail audits worldwide.

In 2016, Roamler founded Roamler Tech in partnership with Eneco, which carries out a certified crowd of installers, who installing small technical installations like the smart thermostat “Toon”.


We are looking for…

With more than 50 qualified installers we are looking for a Community & Support Assistant that helps us provide the best service to our community.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Daily management of customer/installers activities
  • Communicate with our users, response to common questions through email and telephone.
  • Work closely with the Community Manager en Support Manager to increase the customer satisfaction/experience.
  • Help further optimise our customer journey

Requirements:

We are looking for a friendly and passionate co-worker! You have or are:

  • Experience with customer support
  • Representative, proactive and a hands on mentality
  • High level of accuracy and has the ability to  multitask
  • Is an excellent communicator and is able to do all verbal and written communication in Dutch (all our installors and most of our ciients are Dutch)
  • 24 – 40 hours available (also during the weekend)
  • Living in Amsterdam region

Roamler verandert werk. Al vanaf de lancering van onze app in 2011 krijgen gebruikers, oftewel Roamlers, de mogelijkheid geld te verdienen met eenvoudige opdrachten. Hiermee verzamelt Roamler waardevolle data voor opdrachtgevers die vooral in de retailmarkt te vinden zijn. De opdrachtgevers, zoals Red Bull en Procter & Gamble, kunnen deze data gebruiken om de kwaliteit van hun contracten met diverse retailers te toetsen.

Vanuit de ambitie om de horizon te verbreden naar meer complexe klussen is Roamler zich gaan verdiepen in de installatiewereld en daaruit is in 2016 Roamler Tech ontstaan. Met de unieke Roamler-app op zak voeren gekwalificeerde monteurs installaties uit. Denk aan het installeren van bijvoorbeeld thermostaten, modems, routers, geluidsinstallaties en beveiligingscamera’s. Door middel van een op maat gemaakt trainingsprogramma kunnen alleen de beste monteurs zich aansluiten bij de crowd.
Onze Roamler-app vormt de basis voor de installatie, planning, community en beloning. Hierdoor installeren wij efficiënter, met een hogere kwaliteit en tegen lagere kosten. Op deze manier hebben we al duizenden succesvolle installaties uitgevoerd op een manier die zowel klant, monteur als opdrachtgever positief doet verbazen.
