Product & philosophy
Founded in 2015 we are active in the German and Dutch market, where we currently put our main focus. Our customers are small- and medium-sized businesses in various industries, including hospitality, catering, healthcare, security, retail and events.

In order to realize further growth, we are looking for a versatile sales & business development talent with an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder and play an important role in taking ONDURO to the next level. And hey, if you’re really awesome, you can even score some equity.
Your responsibilities will be:
– implement the inbound sales strategy
– identifying sales prospects and filling the sales funnel with qualified leads
– elaborate and fine-tune the outbound sales strategy based on market research and channel experiments
– build strategic partnerships, draft and negotiate cooperation agreements
– help out with marketing and communication, customer onboarding and support
You are a Dutch native speaker.
You are motivated and curious to learn and experiment.
You are hands-on, results oriented and want to get things done.
You like to communicate with people, prospects, colleagues and customers.
You don’t expect a blueprint for execution, you want to make it yourself.
You feel comfortable working in a startup environment.
You are familiar with startup methodologies and data-driven workflows.
You have experience in business development for B2B SaaS companies.
You have personal or professional affinity to the flexible staff management, HR, recruiting or payroll market.
You are a great listener, story teller, negotiator and problem-solver.
You are fluent in English and/or German.
