Yet, with limited time and resources and so many opportunities, it has become extremely hard to choose the most worthwhile events to stop by in the Dutch Startup ecosystem.
But, I have good news for you. I did my homework and curated the best 14 Startup events not to miss out on in this cheese-loving country. Most of them are located in Amsterdam, but there a few good ones in Rotterdam, Utrecht, or Delft.

Startup Events January – March 2017
30th January 2017 in Amsterdam | Admission: Free
This is a perfect event for those who want to get their hands dirty and help build the Dutch startup ecosystem. The guys from Techstars London are coming to do the same. Also, if you have a promising startup, register yourself for their office hours to receive advice on your current struggles. From 4pm onwards, the meetup is going to rock’n’roll with warm treats and cool drinks, all for free. See you in TQ.

Whether a fab startup or hungry startup talent, Tech Startup Job Fair represents an ideal place for meeting one another to take it to the next level. As the world’s biggest startup job fair, this event stands for immense network building with the hottest startups around. Are you in?
16th March 2017 in Rotterdam | Admission: €99-€210
After five years traveling Europe, Asia and the USA, Capital On Stage is coming to Rotterdam on March 16 to disrupt the Dutch tech scene. This high-class matching event between investors and founders comes with a great potential to get your startup funded. But watch out, startup founders are selected well in advance. 27th-28th March 2017 in Amsterdam | Admission: €75-€160
Inspire – Connect – Thrive. These catchy words characterize the women’s Spark conference. In fact, Spark is more than a conference. It is a movement for the female entrepreneurs of Amsterdam and beyond. Join this third edition with the refreshing theme ‘Passion, Purpose, Profitability.’

Run by ACE (Amsterdam Centre for Entrepreneurship), Let’s Get Started is an annual entrepreneurial fair packed with hands-on workshops, inspirational talks and interactive challenges. If you’re looking for immersing yourself in the hottest startup know-how, check this event out.

This tech-focused event is on a lookout for the coding geeks in the house. In other words, are you a cool IT guy/gal? Then, the biggest tech conference in Europe is meant just for you.

Once you open the website, the line ‘Not your average tech event’ captures your attention. This techy conference has already more than 10 years under its belt and has found its sweet spot in the Dutch startup world.
